Registration: 2021 Fall Technical Conference
The 2021 Fall Technical Conference will be held September 16-18, 2021 at the Hilton Charlotte University Place in Charlotte, NC. Conference registration includes general sessions, educational classroom training, hands-on training and all meal functions held on September 17 and 18.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, registration is limited and onsite registration will not be available. Please do not travel to Charlotte without a pre-registration confirmation, as you will not be granted access to the conference.
Registration for the Fall Technical Conference and ASCS Training Course is sold out. Limited space is available for the ASCS Exam. Please contact Serena Soterakopoulos to be added to the waitlist.
Registration is still available for the CVI Training Course, Sunbelt Vertical Lift Training Course and CVI Exam.

Acceptable payment forms include: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Full payment must accompany all online registration confirmations.
Cancelation / Refunds
Cancelation requests must be submitted in writing by midnight (EDT) August 20, 2021. Please email your request to meetings@nadca.com. A $75 administrative fee applies to all cancelations. All requests submitted after August 20, 2021 will not be honored. Should a government advisory or any other decision by the host hotel or NADCA prevent this meeting from taking place in-person, the meeting will be canceled and your registration fee will be refunded in full. Please note that Coronavirus (COVID-19) refund requests made after August 20, 2021 will not be honored unless there is a government advisory prohibiting your attendance at the meeting. Attendees should check their individual airlines for specific cancelation/refund policies. NADCA will not be responsible for any airline cancelation or change fees.

Sunbelt Vertical Lift Training and Certification Class

The Sunbelt Vertical Lift Training and Certification Class will be held on Thursday, September 16, 2021. The training course prepares an individual to understand the hazards involved in operating aerial lifts. Attendees registered for the Sunbelt Vertical Lift Training are required to wear steel-toe boots in order to participate in the course.
Transportation to the local Sunbelt facility will be provided. Breakfast and lunch are included.
Please note, the class will be canceled if a minimum of 10 attendees are not registered for the course by August 2, 2021.

The ASCS & CVI pre-conference training course and certification exam are optional activities. Training course registration includes the training course session, training course reference materials and all meal functions held on September 16, 2021. Training course reference materials will be sent via email approximately one week following confirmed registration.
To obtain the ASCS or CVI certification, an individual is required to take and pass a multiple-choice exam. This exam is available through several different outlets, including but not limited to the NADCA Annual Meeting & Exposition, NADCA testing centers, and the 2021 NADCA Fall Technical Conference. Please click here for additional information on the ASCS & CVI certification and training course. The certification exam registration fees do not include resource/training materials. Results of the certification exam will be sent via email approximately three weeks following the Fall Technical Conference. The certification exams will be held on September 18, 2021 at 3:00pm – 6:30pm at the 2021 Fall Technical Conference in Charlotte, NC.
