An individual affiliated with a NADCA Regular Member Company in the UAE has fraudulently trademarked the NADCA name in the UAE and is operating under the misleading title "NADCA Systems." This individual is promoting a fraudulent certification program that falsely claims affiliation with NADCA. These certifications, marketed through nadcasystems.com, are completely illegitimate, providing no recognized credentials. Professionals who trust this program are being deceived, and their businesses and reputations are at risk.
