MOUNT LAUREL, NJ [November 18, 2024]– The National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA), the global authority on HVAC cleaning standards, is issuing an urgent warning to the global air duct cleaning industry regarding a severe and malicious case of trademark fraud. An individual affiliated with a NADCA Regular Member Company in the UAE has fraudulently trademarked the NADCA name in the UAE and is operating under the misleading title "NADCA Systems." This individual is promoting a fraudulent certification program that falsely claims affiliation with NADCA. These certifications, marketed through nadcasystems.com, are completely illegitimate, providing no recognized credentials. Professionals who trust this program are being deceived, and their businesses and reputations are at risk.
