Due to COVID-19 restrictions, registration is limited and onsite registration will not be available. Please do not travel to Charlotte without a pre-registration confirmation, as you will not be granted access to the conference.
Accommodations
The 2021 Fall Technical Conference will be held at Hilton Charlotte University Place located at 8629 J M Keynes Dr, Charlotte, NC 28262. Hilton Charlotte University Place is approximately 14 miles from Charlotte Douglas International Airport. A reduced conference rate of $139 per night is available to conference attendees until Wedneday, August 25, 2021. We encourage you to make hotel reservations at the official NADCA 2021 Fall Technical Conference host hotel. The hotel will accept reservations at the reduced conference rate on a space-available basis until the cut-off date. Reservations made after the cut-off date will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis at the nearest available rate. Applied to the room charge will be state and local taxes. Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card at the time of reservation. Cancelations will be accepted at no charge 72 hours in advance of arrival. Note that check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm.
