NOTICE: Kryterion Testing Center Closures Due to COVID-19

To protect the health and safety of test candidates, proctors and staff during the current COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak, many Kryterion testing centers have decided to temporarily close.

If you are registered to take a NADCA exam that will be impacted by testing center closure, you will be contacted by Kryterion directly to reschedule your exam.

You can view a list of closed testing centers here. The list will be updated every 24 hours.

This page will be updated regularly as other testing centers close or currently closed centers reopen. Kryterion's online-proctoring is not affected by COVID-19 and may be a suitable testing alternative. Please contact Tina Robinson, Membership Coordinator at membership@nadca.com, if you require online-proctoring for time-sensitive exam administration.

This is a fluid situation, with the status of testing closures changing daily. NADCA will post additional updates as they become available from Kryterion.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at membership@nadca.com.

Thank you for your support as we all work together to ensure the safety, health and well-being of our testing candidates.
