Public Advisory: Unauthorized Use of the NADCA Trademark and Logo

NADCA has become aware of a serious issue involving the unauthorized and improper use of its NADCA trademark and logo by an entity identifying itself and operating as “NADCA/NADCA Systems” in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and possibly elsewhere.

NADCA has reason to believe that "NADCA Systems" or its affiliates, employees, or partners from Magic Touch A/C Systems Fitting L.L.C may be contacting individuals or businesses with claims of NADCA membership or certification, or promoting HVAC products and services under false and misleading pretenses. If you have received such communications or if you encounter materials or individuals claiming to be NADCA members, HVAC technicians, or ASCS or CVI certified technicians without official confirmation, we urge you to exercise caution. Any such claims are unauthorized, misleading, and inaccurate and should not be relied upon.

NADCA does not endorse any products or services. Nor does it certify or sell equipment. “NADCA Systems/Magic Touch A/C Systems Fitting L.L.C/Magic Touch Building Cleaning”  not affiliated with, licensed by, or otherwise authorized to use the NADCA trademark or logo or represent itself as certified under NADCA’s programs. Its use of the NADCA trademark  and logo is unauthorized, misleading, and a violation of NADCA’s intellectual property rights.

Any unauthorized use of the NADCA trademark and logo or trademark/logo and other registered or unregistered intellectual property rights in this way misleads the public and may result in unsafe or substandard equipment and service related to HVAC system maintenance and cleaning, and posing serious risks to public health, building integrity, and regulatory compliance.
To verify legitimate NADCA membership status and find a NADCA-certified professional, you may consult our official member directory (www.nadca.com/find-a-professional) NADCA is actively pursuing all available legal remedies to stop this infringement, protect our prior and well established intellectual property rights, and uphold the health and safety standards that our Association exists to ensure.
