NADCA Welcomes New President and Chairman of the Board, Jim Castellano
MT. LAUREL, NEW JERSEY [April 28, 2025]—The National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) proudly announces Jim Castellano as its newest President and Chairman of the Board. Castellano was officially installed at NADCA’s 36th Annual Meeting & Exposition in Savannah, Georgia, last month.
In a statement, Jodi Araujo, CEM, NADCA's Chief Executive Officer, expressed her enthusiasm, saying, "NADCA is thrilled to welcome Jim as our new president. He has been a leader in the board room for many years and this progression makes sense as Jim culminates his NADCA volunteerism in the role of President. We are incredibly excited about the knowledge and dedication he’ll bring to the organization."
Jim Castellano, ASCS, CVI, is President and owner of Better Air Quality in Middle Island, New York. With over 20 years of experience in air conveyance sales and marketing, Castellano plays an active role within NADCA. He currently chairs both the Annual Meeting Committee and the Industry & PR Committee and volunteers on the Fall Technical Conference Committee. In addition to holding ASCS and CVI certifications, Castellano is certified in water damage restoration and fire damage restoration through the IICRC.
NADCA also welcomes Dan L’Herbier to the Board of Directors. The NADCA 2025 Executive Committee includes Michael McDavid, ASCS, CVI, who was elected to serve on the Board of Directors as the first Vice President; Clint Orr, ASCS, CVI, was re-elected to serve as the second Vice President; Tyler Batchelder, ASCS, CVI, was elected to serve as Treasurer; and Matt Mountain, ASCS, CVI, as Secretary.
