NADCA Welcomes New President and Chairman of The Board to its Board of Directors

MOUNT LAUREL, N.J.—May 24, 2017– The National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA), otherwise known as the HVAC Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Association, recently named longtime volunteer Richard Lantz as the association’s new President and Chairman of the Board.

Lantz is a certified Air Systems Cleaning Specialist (ASCS) and Certified Ventilation Inspector (CVI), with more than 20 years of experience in HVAC indoor air quality inspections and air duct cleaning. He has served on the NADCA Board of Directors since 2012, is the Chairman of the Standards and Finance committees, and serves in several other volunteer roles including the planning committee for the Fall Technical Conference, which is scheduled to be held September 14-16 in St. Louis.

“I’m looking forward to taking on this new leadership role and continuing my work to increase the awareness and recognition of NADCA and its education and certification programs within the industry,” said Lantz. “The air duct cleaning industry is growing and it’s my mission to ensure that NADCA remains the leading resource for professionals in the field.”

Lantz founded his first indoor air quality company in 1994 and became a member of NADCA in 1996. After selling that business in 2005, he later returned as the general manager responsible for overall operations and business development. In 2016, Lantz launched Virginia Air Duct Cleaners where he serves as General Manager.
