NADCA Welcomes Director of Standards & Training

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

MOUNT LAUREL, NJ — October 28, 2026 — NADCA welcomes Ashley Goodin as Director of Standards & Training, a position focused on supporting the association’s standards and education while strengthening connections across the standards community.

Goodin brings seventeen years of trade association experience. During that time he has served in a number of roles including training, standards development, and building code advocacy. His background in building networks and translating complex topics into cohesive standards and related educational material will help NADCA build on its technical resources and support the professionals who inspect, clean, and restore HVAC systems.

“We’re excited to have Ashley help expand NADCA’s connections across the standards community and bring our industry’s knowledge into more conversations,” said Jim Castellano, ASCS, CVI, NADCA President. “His experience will help us build those relationships and increase recognition of our members’ work.”

In this role, Goodin will focus on supporting NADCA members by helping connect industry knowledge with opportunities to strengthen standards and training.

“This role gives us an opportunity to build thoughtfully on our standards and education, with our members’ needs guiding the work,” said Kim Wieland, MPH, NADCA CEO.

For Goodin, joining NADCA offers an opportunity to build the next generation of trade professionals and support the overall growth of the industry.

“I look forward to building on the strong foundation of the existing NADCA standards and training to strengthen our presence in the industry,” stated Goodin. “By advancing our standards and training programs to deliver even greater value to our members, I am here to amplify the vast knowledge and experience of NADCA volunteers as we build better businesses and improve the lives of those we serve.”
