Election Season Continues: NADCA Welcomes New Leaders to its Board of Directors

MOUNT LAUREL, N.J.—March 1, 2017– The National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA), otherwise known as the HVAC Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Association, welcomes Mike Dexter and Kehau Mendes to its Board of Directors.

“Both Mike and Kehau have an unwavering commitment to the association and to advancing the industry,” said Jodi Araujo, CEM, NADCA’s Chief Staff Executive. “Their dedication and collaboration with our current board will help to further NADCA’s mission of supporting its members’ success through education, certification, and advocacy to promote the highest quality of service and ethical standards.”
 

About Mike Dexter, ASCS, CVI

Dexter serves as principal contact of Air Quality Control Environmental of Coral Springs, FL, a NADCA member since 1991. He serves on NADCA’s Fall Technical Conference Committee, NADCA’s Education Committee, and is on the sub-committee for the White Paper on Energy Savings through HVAC Systems Cleaning. Dexter is an Air Systems Cleaning Specialist (ASCS) and a Certified Ventilation Inspector (CVI).
 

About Kehau Mendes, ASCS, CVI

As the owner of AIRPRO Indoor Air Solutions of Honolulu, HI, Mendes has been in the field for more than 18 years and continues to seek ways to better the industry through education and leadership. Currently, he serves as NADCA’s Regional Coordinator for the US Southwest region and is a member of the Fall Technical Conference Committee. He has earned his ASCS and CVI certifications through NADCA and is also a Certified Exhaust Cleaning Specialist (CECS) through the International Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Association (IKECA).

Re-elected to serve his third term on the Board of Directors is Mike White, ASCS, CVI, of Clean Air Systems of LA, in Shreveport, LA. Re-elected to a second term is Mark Zarzeczny, ASCS, of Schoen Duct Cleaning in Edgewater Park, NJ.
