Participants will gain a clear understanding of how these systems differ from traditional HVAC setups, what to watch for during inspections, and how to adapt standard cleaning methods to accommodate the system’s specific requirements. Ideal for professionals working in residential or light commercial environments, this session is designed to boost confidence and competence in working with uncommon and specialized duct systems.

Customer Service

Session Description:

Creating a memorable customer experience starts long before your technicians show up to a job site. Think about the first interaction they have with you and your staff–this is the beginning of their experience. Communication is key and it is not limited to verbal (or written) exchanges. Non-verbal communication can “say” just as much. Learn the dos and don'ts of creating an exceptional customer experience and walk away with tips you can start implementing right away.
