Special Ops: Cleaning Uncommon and Specialized Duct Systems Session Description: Specialized systems (high velocity duct systems, duct socks, etc) present unique challenges when it comes to cleaning and maintenance due to their compact design, smaller ductwork, and higher air speeds. Participants will gain a clear understanding of how these systems differ from traditional HVAC setups, what to watch for during inspections, and how to adapt standard cleaning methods to accommodate the system’s specific requirements. Ideal for professionals working in residential or light commercial environments, this session is designed to boost confidence and competence in working with uncommon and specialized duct systems. |

Think about the first interaction they have with you and your staff–this is the beginning of their experience. Communication is key and it is not limited to verbal (or written) exchanges.
