37th Annual Meeting & Exposition: A Rocky Mountain Success
Held at the historic Broadmoor, NADCA’s Annual Meeting and Exposition drew 435 industry professionals for three days of advanced education, technical training, and strategic business development.
The 2026 conference centered on elevating industry standards through evidence-based practices and technological integration, ensuring attendees remain at the forefront of HVAC system hygiene.
A cornerstone of this year’s meeting was the emphasis on professional certification. Of the 435 attendees, 85 professionals sought to validate their expertise through NADCA certification:
These certifications reinforce the industry's commitment to the ACR Standard, the internationally recognized benchmark for the assessment, cleaning, and restoration of HVAC systems.
The Exhibit Hall served as a hub for innovation, featuring 32 exhibitors across 43 booths. Enhancing the attendee experience this year was the introduction of four Product Theaters which were dedicated spaces within the Exhibit Hall that hosted 20-minute, exhibitor-led educational sessions and live demonstrations, allowing attendees to see new products and solutions in action.
The event fostered significant peer-to-peer connection through the Welcome Reception and the NADCA Member Party, where the association honored its newest Hall of Fame inductee, John Bentley, ASCS, CVI. These gatherings provided a vital forum for members to discuss evolving industry trends and share operational insights.
During the Meeting, NADCA President Jim Castellano, ASCS, CVI, officially installed Kyle Newby, ASCS, as the association's newest board member.
The event also served as a platform to recognize the newly appointed Executive Committee, which includes Secretary Matt Jackson, ASCS, CVI; Treasurer Colin Trudo, ASCS, CVI; 2nd Vice President Tyler Batchelder, ASCS, CVI; and 1st Vice President Clint Orr, ASCS, CVI.
Additionally, Past President April Yungen, ASCS, CVI, offered a formal note of gratitude to outgoing board member PK Keller, ASCS, honoring his dedicated service and significant contributions to the association’s growth.
As the 37th Annual Meeting concluded, NADCA members left Colorado Springs equipped with the latest scientific data and technical tools to drive excellence in their local markets. Planning is already underway for the 38th Annual Meeting, as the association continues its mission to promote the highest quality of service and ethical standards in the industry.
