Notice of extreme trademark infringement case
Dear NADCA Members:
We are reaching out with an urgent message regarding a severe and malicious act of trademark infringement against our organization and the entire air duct cleaning industry. Recently, NADCA discovered that an individual affiliated with a NADCA Regular Member Company in the UAE has fraudulently trademarked the NADCA name in the UAE and is operating under the misleading title "NADCA Systems" in the UAE. He is using our logo, claiming an affiliation with NADCA, and offering a so-called "certification program" to deceive professionals into believing they are receiving NADCA certification.
Let us be unequivocal: The certification program that nadcasystems.com offers is completely worthless and has no affiliation with NADCA. This program provides no legitimate credentials, and they are outright robbing professionals in our industry by falsely suggesting that this certification is officially recognized by NADCA. These actions are a flagrant betrayal of trust and a direct assault on the reputation and standards of the air duct cleaning community.
We remind all members that NADCA does not endorse specific people, products, or services. NADCA does not certify or sell equipment. If you see the NADCA logo on products or equipment, you can guarantee it's fraudulent. To ensure ethical business practices, we strongly encourage you to do business with NADCA Associate Members—organizations who have vowed to adhere to NADCA's Code of Ethics.
We urge all members to avoid any engagement with “NADCA Systems.” Do not purchase any products, services, or certifications from this operation. By standing together, we can protect our industry from fraudulent practices that harm professionals and mislead consumers. Be sure to share this with your industry friends and vendors.
Thank you for your vigilance and continued dedication to excellence in our industry.
Sincerely,
Jodi Araujo, CEM
NADCA Chief Executive Officer
