Annual Meeting Committee The Annual Meeting Committee develops the program for the annual meeting and exposition, selecting presenters to address topics of interest to owners and managers of HVAC cleaning companies. Committee members play an active role in leading discussions and moderating sessions at the annual meeting. The committee also provides recommendations for future meeting destinations.
Certification Committee The Certification Committee maintains NADCA's ASCS, CVI, and VSMR certification programs. This committee works closely with the Education & Safety Committee to develop and maintain NADCA's education and training programs.
DucTales Editorial Board The Editorial Board provides guidance and creative direction for NADCA's bi-monthly magazine. Members of the Editorial Board will be asked to participate in conference calls, help identify topics for articles, respond to e-mails in a timely manner, answer technical questions regarding the industry, and provide one technical article a year for the magazine.
Education & Safety Committee The Education & Safety Committee develops training programs designed to help HVAC cleaning professionals perform well in the field. In 2005, this committee helped develop the coil cleaning course, as well as the Webinar programs. In 2006, the Committee's primary assignment will be developing NADCA's training programs into Web-based "e-learning" formats. This committee works closely with the Certification committee.
International Affairs Committee The International Affairs Committee serves as liaisons to out-of-country industry associations and members. The committee focuses on NADCA's development internationally, recommending establishment of NADCA regions abroad. The committee also coordinates the International Forum at the Annual Meeting.
Marketing Committee The Marketing Committee provides public relations support for NADCA members, helping to educate residential consumers and commercial users of HVAC cleaning services. The purpose of this committee is to create a favorable business climate for members, where buyers are pre-disposed to do business with NADCA members. The committee has an agressive schedule, including exhibiting at trade shows, publishing articles and news releases designed to drive leads to NADCA members.
Membership Committee The Membership Committee works with staff to recruit and retain members. A big part of this effort relates to developing programs and services specifically geared toward benefiting HVAC cleaning businesses.
Nominating Committee The Nominating Committee seeks qualified applicants for open slots in the Board of Directors. The committee works closely with the Board of Directors to approve a slate of candidates each year.
Regional Coordinators Committee The Regional Coordinators Committee is responsible for providing technical assistance to the NADCA membership within their region. This committee also administers NADCA's Mentor Program, helping to orient new members to the Association. The Regional Coordinators will also be revising the Technical Seminar program for 2007.
Standards Committee The Standards Committee revises and updates NADCA's standard and guidelines. This committee works closely with the Certification and Education & Safety committees.
